Bacon - Sausages - Pies - Pastries
All of our homemade products are produced onsite at our Newton Longville premises including our homemade bacon and sausage; a favourite being our famous Buckinghamshire sausages made with our own secret recipe. We produce various gourmet flavoured sausages to choose from, usually with at least 6 different varieties available on any one day. When making all of our sausages we use the same quality meat as we would for your best Sunday joint and only use natural casings. The sausages are also low in salt which we believe is better for both taste and for you; due to popularity Tim & grandson Jason make over 200 kg of sausage a week!

Our smoked bacon is produced in our own premises using a smoke house and it is wideley regarded as one of the best bacon produced around. We produce a wide variety of baked products in our very own kitchens; these include our famous jellied pork pies, meat pies, sausage rolls, meat pasties, Eccles cakes and much, much more!



All of our bacon is traditionally home cured on our premises. We will cut your bacon to size if you prefer a thicker cut or wafer thin if you prefer.



All of our sausages are homemade to secret recipes used for over 45 years, using only natural casings and whole cuts of meat. No offal is used in our sausages.
We also sell sausage meat loose for you to make your own stuffing.



At Pollards we pride ourselves on our home made pastries. Trudy Pollard bakes her home made pies in the kitchens twice a week and makes a selection of steak and kidney and minced beef pies. In addition the boys don't get left out and make their own pasties, sausage rolls and famous pork pies. We make our own fillings for the pastries using meat from the shop and fresh vegetables from the local greengrocers.



As you would expect with a traditional butcher we also offer cold cuts of meat, pate, cheese & milk as well as various condiments & honey.
We also sell other items such as jams, mustard, sauces and pickles.
